One of the foundational topics that’s shared on Heartstone Journey is fatherhood and being a dad. I was recently challenged by a friend on social media to take the “Do Dad’s Matter” challenge started by MochaDad. If there can be a viral outpouring for ALS, why not support of dads?

Have you seen this ad from General Mills promoting the New Peanut Butter Cheerios?

It’s so rare these days to see a commercial that’s positive, uplifting and promotes fatherhood. Glad to see that General Mills stood for pro-fatherhood and pro-family in this commercial because being a dad is AWESOME!

The film “Courageous” inspired men to commit themselves to their God-ordained responsibilities. “The Resolution” is the bold declaration they pledged to live out and hold each other accountable to.

Men: Don not watch if you want to be an “OK” father, husband and friend. Do watch if you want to be challenged to be great. I fall short, we all do, but I keep getting-up with the help of my brothers. It is never about us…

Have you noticed that the demand for superhero movies is on the rise?
